Avocet Hospitality Group in Mobile, AL is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to anchor our F&B department across The Admiral Hotel, Le Moyne’s Chophouse, and banquet spaces. You’ll oversee operations, scheduling, cost controls, and guest satisfaction to elevate the dining experience.

We seek a highly organized leader with 3+ years in restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant experience with at least 2 years in a restaurant management role.
• Exceptional personal organization, sharp financial/basic accounting acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage presentation.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Mobile County Food & Beverage Handler card required. ServSafe Manager certification obtainable within the first quarter.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflows across Le Moyne’s Chophouse, The Living Room lounge, Le Café, and banquet spaces.
• Establish clear routines, manage inventory controls, streamline procurement, and oversee payroll support.
• Review financial data, spot trends, control liquor costs, and forecast inventory/staffing needs to maximize profitability.
• Directly lead and mentor service staff, assist with training, and champion a positive servant leadership culture.
• Partner with marketing to generate sleek, on-brand social media content.
• Step into outlets and banquet events during peak times to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
