Job summary

Uline is seeking an Executive Communications Writer to craft and edit executive summaries for the President and leadership. You will partner with business leaders across the company to distill complex activities into clear, compelling narratives that align with strategic priorities.

You will review customer feedback, maintain leadership reports, and collaborate with peers to ensure top-quality content that supports decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in English, Communications or related field.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish executive summaries for company leadership.
• Work with business leaders to summarize activity within their teams and tell their story.
• Review and summarize customer feedback on operations, products, and topics communicated.
• Maintain and publish reports for Uline’s President.
• Coordinate work with fellow writers to ensure high-quality content.
