Qualifications

• 6+ years in communications, advising senior executives at a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional ghostwriting range, translating complex concepts into memorable language.
• Experience building executive thought leadership platforms across speaking, social, and bylines.
• Discretion with confidential materials and ability to push back when needed.
• Systems mindset with repeatable playbooks, briefs, and intake processes.
• Fluency with AI tools and using them to scale output with human judgment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to develop their POV, messaging pillars, and external platform.
• Ghostwrite across formats: events, talks, social, bylines, memos, and customer communications.
• Own playbooks for executive moments: launches, earnings, all-hands, org changes, crises.
• Collaborate with chiefs of staff and EAs to translate context into narrative and prep rhythms.
• Integrate AI tooling into workflows to accelerate research, drafting, and briefing prep.
• Identify venues and opportunities with cross-functional teams to raise executive visibility.
• Monitor industry conversations and translate insights into proactive opportunities.
• Measure influence and report on audience reach and narrative impact.
