Job summary

Invariant seeks a Manager to join our Executive Engagement team, crafting bespoke strategies for top and rising business leaders. You will build relationships with senior government and private-sector leaders, guiding C-suite clients and coordinating cross-functional teams on complex engagements.

With 4–6 years in strategic communications, you will synthesize policy issues, develop compelling memos, and produce client-ready deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in strategic communications, with significant research and writing experience.
• Passionate about public affairs and relationship building, with excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage both up and down.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement executive engagement and visibility plans, including stakeholder mapping and event planning.
• Research and distill complex issues into memos for thought leadership and media engagement.
• Draft and edit communications plans, briefs, talking points, and client memos.
• Lead and manage multiple projects with timelines, coordinating across teams to deliver high-quality work.
