Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop executive communications, board presentations, and quarterly updates.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives and clients.
• Design, enhance, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations with professional polish.
• Advise on presentation structure, messaging, and storytelling to align with objectives.
• Create reports and briefing materials supporting organizational priorities.
• Curate and deliver content with consistency across strategic deliverables.
• Establish standards and templates for executive communications and design.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, clinical, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
