• Create scalable systems and workflows to organize the platform.
• Coordinate across legal, tax, advisory, and family-office matters.
• Bring structure and judgment to a dynamic, multi-priority environment.
• Assist with infrastructure, workflows, outside resources, and capacity growth.
• Identify practical AI tools to reduce friction and boost performance.
• Contribute to ongoing maturation of the practice.
