Job summary

EDB is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to act as a strategic business partner, helping maximize the CRO’s effectiveness in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate across global teams, travel, events, and high-priority initiatives while maintaining executive focus and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within revenue, sales, or go-to-market organizations.
• Demonstrated success supporting global leadership teams.
• Extensive experience planning and executing executive-level meetings and events.
• Extensive experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
• Experience working with confidential business information and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CRO.
• Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and proactively develop solutions.
• Optimize the CRO's time through prioritization and coordination.
• Manage and triage executive communications for timely attention.
• Track initiatives, commitments, and deliverables for accountability.
• Coordinate across distributed teams and external stakeholders.
