Job summary

EDB seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer to act as a strategic partner, optimize the CRO's time, and coordinate across a global revenue organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and discretion.

The position supports a Boston-based or nearby location with extensive travel and alignment across multiple time zones. A passport and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in revenue or go-to-market organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute executive-level meetings and events.
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CRO.
• Manage the CRO's inbox and calendar across time zones.
• Coordinate global travel, meetings, and events with stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and decision-support materials.
• Monitor commitments, follow-ups, and risks affecting business objectives.
• Maintain discretion handling confidential information.
