Bessemer Trust is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Client Advisory team, including ACA, CA, and SCA. You will manage client communications, process wires/ACHs, prepare presentation materials, and maintain Salesforce records. The role requires 3–5 years of administrative experience in banking or finance and a Bachelor's degree.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements and exposure to wealth-management operations and client service at a prominent family office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of administrative assistant experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless administrative support to the Client Advisory team.
• Handle client communications via email and phone; process transactions.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and maintain Salesforce records.
• Open and manage accounts with CAS and assist in tax information gathering.
• Update contact data, mailings, ticklers, and reports in Salesforce.
