RV Overnights is a fast-growing startup helping RV travelers connect with small businesses across the U.S. (wineries, farms, breweries, golf courses, and more) for unique overnight stays. We’re a small, passionate team doing the work of a much larger company, with a mission to support local businesses and the RV community.

The Role
We’re looking for a right-hand to our CEO, someone highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial. This is not just scheduling and inbox management. You’ll step into projects, help drive initiatives, and ensure things move forward. You’ll act as an extension of the CEO, making sure priorities are clear and executed.

Responsibilities
-Manage and track key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
-Support CEO with research, vendor coordination, and partner follow-up
-Help prioritize daily/weekly focus for the CEO
-Document processes, organize information, and create clarity across the team
-Coordinate across departments (marketing, sales, operations) as needed
-Own special projects from start to finish (e.g., partnership launches, host recruiting support, event prep)

What We’re Looking For
-2–5 years experience in operations, project management, executive assistant, or startup support roles
-Exceptional organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and “figure it out” without constant direction
-Comfort wearing many hats and learning on the fly
-Startup scrappiness: resourceful, efficient, and proactive
-Someone who wants to grow — this role has potential to evolve into a Chief of Staff position

Compensation
