• Provides program‑level oversight to ensure initiatives stay aligned with objectives, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Manages interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across the portfolio; escalates barriers for resolution.
• Establishes and maintains governance routines, charters, workplans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Monitors progress and provides updates and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
