Responsibilities

• Advise on execution of a portfolio of client events, ensuring event managers and vendors align with stakeholders' vision and goals.
• Level of involvement varies from hands-on project management to high-level advisory support.
• Guide teams on collaboration with internal stakeholders, resolve issues, and oversee budgets across meetings.
• Be part of the Optimize Events team in a North American location.
• Leverage technology and experts to actualize event visions, enabling connectivity and knowledge exchange.
• Advise and lead on the execution of a portfolio of meetings.
• Work with stakeholders under a Senior Portfolio Manager to ensure flawless execution.
• Serve as primary contact for internal clients and learn their event team roles and pipelines.
• Use this knowledge to manage how event managers support operations across the portfolio with practices, offices, and groups.
• Provide creative inspiration to integrate location and firm messaging into programs.
• Foster collaboration across client events, enabling stakeholders to engage, exchange insights, and address challenges.
• Help drive progress toward regional and firm objectives and create opportunities for regional engagement.
• Travel and attend planning site visits and scheduled events as needed.
