Qualifications

• Ability to support multiple event workstreams, timelines, deliverables and stakeholders from planning through on-site or virtual execution.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with external vendors to deliver events that support defined business objectives and client experience standards.
• Proficiency in event documentation including project plans, budgets, and post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assist with events ranging from 5 to 2,500 participants for Schwab’s clients, shareholders, and employees.
• Help design and plan a wide range of event types—from high-touch hospitality to national virtual educational events.
• Provide on-site or virtual execution support and coordinate with vendors as needed.
