Job summary

Starr Pass Golf Club in Tucson, AZ, seeks an experienced Event Sales Manager to drive revenue through golf tournaments, pickleball events, weddings, dining experiences, social events, and corporate functions.

You will develop strategic sales and marketing plans, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with Food & Beverage and Operations to ensure flawless event execution and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in event sales or hospitality sales preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans for events.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strategic sales and marketing program for golf tournaments, weddings, dining events, and corporate functions.
• Manage the end-to-end event sales process from inquiry to execution; coordinate contracts, timelines, menus, room layouts, and vendor needs.
• Build partnerships with local hotels, venues, and businesses to drive event bookings and revenue.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service.
• Upsell food & beverage, rentals, sponsorships, and club services to maximize revenue.
