You will gather data, estimate quantities from plan sets, and help ensure pricing aligns with specifications and profitability goals across projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in bid preparation, sales or related industry.
• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of related experience; MS/MA with 0–1 year is possible.

Responsabilidades

• Develops detailed pricing objectives and strategies for proposals.
• Gathers data to determine effectiveness and profitability of pricing strategies.
• Reviews quotations to assist proposal teams in pricing.
• Determines quantities and materials from owner/contractor plan sets.
• Researches plans/specs for special material needs and verifies requirements.
• Communicates with design engineers/owners on material issues.
• Ensures materials meet local/state/federal specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
