Job summary

Cedars-Sinai's Enterprise Information Services team seeks a Senior ERP Portfolio Manager to oversee Oracle Cloud (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll) and UKG platforms across the health system.

You will build demand, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Operations to optimize performance and ensure governance and execution align with Cedars-Sinai's mission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT program or portfolio management in healthcare tech.
• Experience delivering full life cycle healthcare technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll) preferred.
• Experience with UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized ERP governance to prioritize work across functions.
• Own ERP and UKG roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and EIS teams to optimize processes.
• Run executive steering committees and report on portfolio health.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of ERP initiatives from scoping to activation.
• Lead special projects up to 10% of time.
