Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Senior ERP Portfolio Manager to oversee Oracle Cloud and UKG platforms across the health system. You will build demand, prioritize work, and allocate resources to align IT investments with clinical and operational goals.

The role requires 7+ years in IT program management, strong executive communication, and experience in healthcare technology implementations. Remote-friendly with preference for local candidates.

Formación

• Seven (7) or more years of IT program or portfolio management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and strategic support for Oracle Cloud (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll) and UKG platforms across the health system.
• Lead centralized ERP governance to streamline prioritization, decision-making, and execution cross-functionally.
• Own the ERP and UKG roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business needs and EIS capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and EIS teams to enhance process efficiency and platform optimization.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and governance forums, providing ERP performance insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and scale portfolio and resource management standards including planning, resource management, integration points, and alignment with enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of ERP initiatives—scoping, budgeting, resource planning, activation, and monitoring of portfolio health.
• Lead special projects (up to 10%): translate customer needs, report status, manage relationships and expectations.
• This leadership role ensures Oracle Cloud and UKG apps are strategically aligned, executed efficiently, and evolved to support the organization’s mission.
