Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an experienced Risk Governance and ERM Data Analyst to support the enterprise risk management function. You will help monitor organizational risks, maintain risk registers, coordinate governance activities, and assist with risk-related regulatory submissions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and familiarity with COSO ERM and regulatory reporting frameworks. Hybrid work is offered within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in risk management, finance, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, data analysis, or governance support in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiar with COSO ERM and regulatory risk reporting frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing monitoring and assessment of enterprise risks and internal controls.
• Maintain and update enterprise risk and control registers across the organization.
• Track and update KRIs; coordinate with risk owners for timely data collection.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; support scenario analysis and trend identification.
• Maintain policy library; ensure documents are current and compliant with governance standards.
• Support governance activities and risk committee coordination, including meeting materials and minutes; assist in regulatory and internal reporting.
