Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, risk portfolio, and compliance across the system. You will drive strategic risk initiatives, coordinate with senior leadership, and shape risk governance to protect patients and the organization.

As a key partner to Nursing Services, Risk Management, and Quality, you will implement risk assessment methodologies, establish monitoring indicators, and lead training and policy

Qualifications

• BA or BS in risk management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Masters or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERM program development and risk portfolio management.
• Identify and assess risks; develop mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Establish ERM risk indicators and monitor exposure.
• Oversee insurance program management and liability claims.
• Develop ERM policies, training, and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Oversee regulatory affairs/accreditation and environment of care.
