Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Epidemiology Strategy, a scientific leader responsible for epidemiology strategy and contextualization of adverse events for BMS drugs. You will work with SMTs, product teams, and regulatory partners to ensure robust safety assessments and strategic support for filings, with travel to key congresses and engagements.

Candidate should have advanced training in epidemiology, 4+ years of pharma/ CRO experience, and a track record using

Qualifications

• Master’s level, Ph.D. or equivalent in epidemiology or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including pharma industry or CRO.
• At least 2 years using real‑world data for epi/health economics research.

Responsibilities

• Execute pharmacoepidemiology activities to support safety and risk assessment.
• Communicate scientific value to Safety Management Teams.
• Conduct epidemiologic analyses and interpret results for drug development teams.
• Develop epidemiology strategy to support regulatory filings and approvals.
• Collaborate with scientists and product teams to execute strategies efficiently.
