Job summary

Ensono is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect in the United States (Boston, New Jersey, New York or North Carolina preferred) with Remote work options. You will design comprehensive technology solutions aligned to client goals, spanning cloud, storage, virtualization, servers, mainframes, operating systems, networking, and security infrastructure.

You will partner with sales and clients to identify needs, develop fully costed architectures, and communicate recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, solution design methodologies, and technology governance practices.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and translating business objectives into technical strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop solution estimates, business cases, and technology roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Organize and define work for complex or ambiguous situations.
• Provide consultation, training, and knowledge sharing to associates.
• Contribute to domain body of knowledge.
• Create and maintain reference architecture for Ensono infrastructure solutions.
• Own the infrastructure architecture of client environments and act as SME for the environment.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain solution requirements for infrastructure.
• Write and review infrastructure solution designs that meet requirements using reference architectures.
• Serve as technical SME for implementation and ensure conformance to design.
• Provide cost estimates for solution implementation and ongoing support.
• Engage with clients using a consultative approach to mitigate obstacles and propose options.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board for solution proposals.
• Ensure solution designs meet SLAs and maintain data integrity and quality.
