Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Use Agile or Waterfall methodologies and tools for efficiency.
• Improve processes by analyzing workflows and implementing best practices.
• Lead process reengineering aligned with objectives and stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for new processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor metrics and report progress to leadership.
