Job summary

NKC Health is seeking a Network Architect to partner with IT leadership to shape long-term infrastructure strategies and roadmaps. You will design, deploy, and optimize complex enterprise networks across the health system, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.

You will create detailed network blueprints, select hardware and software, document systems, mentor the Network Engineering team, and report on network performance against benchmarks, while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Seven years designing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Experience managing Cisco routers, switches, collaboration, VoIP systems.
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls and wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, test and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the Network Engineering team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and benchmarks.
