Job summary

Mohawk Industries seeks a senior Enterprise Integration Architect to lead cross-functional IT initiatives, shaping long-term architecture across SAP and cloud platforms. You will design integration patterns, set standards, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Required are 6+ years in integration tech (SAP PO/PI, SAP CPI, BizTalk, Azure Integration Services) and strong DevOps/CI/CD exposure. This role emphasizes collaboration with global IT COE and project sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
6-8 years’ relevant experience in integration architecture and enterprise IT projects.
6+ years hands-on experience with SAP PO/PI, SAP CPI, BizTalk, Azure Integration Services, and API Management platforms.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven), IDocs, RFCs, SOAP/REST/OData, JMS.
Experience securing integrations with OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cloud-first, API-led integration strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrations and ensure reuse frameworks and standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across sites and teams.
