Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Enterprise Procurement Contracts Manager in Rhode Island to draft, negotiate and finalize IT and non-IT contracts for the enterprise, ensuring policy compliance and regulatory alignment.

You will lead complex projects, mentor contract staff, and work with Legal, Sourcing, Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Tax and Finance to drive enterprise-wide savings and strategic initiatives. This hybrid role reports to the Enterprise Procurement team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related contract negotiations experience.
• 5+ years reviewing, editing and drafting contractual terms and conditions.
• 5+ years professional experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in high-volume negotiations.
• Experience advising senior leadership in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and review contract documents per policies to minimize exposure and maximize benefits.
• Negotiate key terms of contract documents to balance risk and value for the enterprise.
• Analyze contract requirements for compliance with laws and corporate policies.
• Lead projects and mentor staff to drive continuous improvement on contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, IT Security, Risk, Privacy, Tax and Finance on templates and deals.
• Support RFPs with contractual documentation and respond to counsel questions.
