Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Communications to drive strategic communications for the Advice and Wealth Management segment and global enterprise. You will develop and execute plans that engage advisors, field members and employees while advancing core firm priorities.

In this role you will write, edit and coordinate messaging across audiences, ensure compliance approvals, and partner with leaders to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of communications experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex concepts.
• Strategic thinking and ability to influence at various levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications consulting for the AWM segment and global enterprise.
• Create and execute communications plans to drive engagement and business results.
• Write, edit and coordinate messages to advisors, field members, employees and other audiences.
• Ensure compliance approvals are obtained as needed.
• Integrate communications plans with other initiatives and collaborate with the consulting team.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to align goals and deliver content that meets needs.
