Forrest T. Jones & Company seeks an Enterprise Architect to align FTJ’s technology investments with business strategy. You will guide the future-state technology roadmap, modernize the portfolio, and manage risk, cost, and technical debt.

The role requires 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms like Azure, and strong leadership in cross-functional teams. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise architecture or IT leadership.
Experience with roadmaps, portfolio management, modernization, technical debt, and architecture governance.
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, Azure or comparable cloud platforms, data architecture, integration patterns, and security principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain FTJ's enterprise technology strategy and 3–5 year roadmaps.
Translate business priorities into technology, modernization, and investment plans.
Advise leadership on technology investments, platform direction, and future-state capabilities.
Establish and maintain the enterprise application portfolio as FTJ's system of record.
Lead application rationalization and modernization initiatives to reduce debt and risk.
Define architecture principles, standards, reference patterns, and decision frameworks.
Partner with IT and business teams to connect strategy with execution.
Define direction for Azure, data, APIs, integrations, and cloud governance.
