Job summary

Farm Credit is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape technology strategy and align it with the business vision. You will establish standards, develop current and future-state models, and guide solution delivery to meet evolving needs.

You will lead governance efforts, mentor teams, and collaborate with business owners to balance innovation with sustainable technology solutions, across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in MIS/CS/Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years of related IT experience in at least two disciplines including architecture, data, security, or operations.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures and governance for multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology architecture objectives, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide guidance to Solution Architects and Lead Developers to ensure policy-compliant delivery.
• Develop current and future-state architecture models aligned with business goals.
• Lead governance activities and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Mentor team members and partner with business owners to balance features with sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate technology solutions against business needs.
