Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and align technology strategy with the business vision. Establish standards, develop current and future-state models, and drive a holistic approach across technologies with partners.

You will guide architects, ensure compliance with policies, and champion agile, pragmatic development practices across teams to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/Data Science or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience across at least two IT solution disciplines including architecture and security.
• Ability to develop current and future-state architecture models and governance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology architecture objectives, policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide design leadership to solution teams and champion architectural improvements.
• Monitor current-state solutions and align with business requirements and technology trends.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with business owners to balance features with sustainable tech.
• Collaborate to define principles, standards, and solution patterns across the enterprise.
• Evaluate technology proposals and support governance and compliance activities.
