Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Architect in its Technology Strategy and Transformation practice. You will lead major workstreams, translate business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions, and design blueprints that incorporate AI capabilities.

You will develop roadmaps, coach teams, support sales opportunities, and collaborate across the Accenture global network to deliver measurable technology modernization and business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead a major workstream, owning delivery accountability and ensuring quality and timeliness of outputs.
• Coach junior team members through feedback and reviews to build EA capability.
• Participate in internal development programs and mentor new joiners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive loyalty and commercial opportunity.
• Shaping, selling, and delivering strategic EA opportunities and contributing to proposals.
