Job summary

Texas A&M University-Victoria seeks an Executive Director of Enrollment Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for student recruitment, admissions processing, and enrollment technology. You will develop and execute enrollment strategies to achieve institutional goals and improve the prospective student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten years of related experience, including progressively responsible experience in enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, or related higher education functions.
• Experience providing leadership or supervision within enrollment management or a related functional area.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for enrollment management functions, including student recruitment, admissions processing, and related enrollment technology.
• Leads the development and execution of enrollment strategies and processes designed to support institutional enrollment goals, improve the prospective and incoming student experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-informed decision-making.
