Job summary

The Project & Accounts Manager role at ADF Engineering leads engineering projects from initiation through completion, acting as a trusted advisor to key client accounts. You will drive execution, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for additional services to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and pursuing new project opportunities. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years in managing engineering, capital, manufacturing, industrial, or consulting projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, scope, resources, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from proposal to closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Review projects to identify risks and scope changes.
• Facilitate client meetings and align stakeholders.
• Negotiate scope, schedules, and contracts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and execution plans.
• Track account activities and revenue forecasts.
• Support growth through networking and business development.
• Maintain project documentation and CRM records.
• Champion safety and operational excellence.
• Balance 60-70% PM and 30-40% Accounts management.
