Strategic Engagement Specialist

The Opportunity: This position is the Regional Strategic Engagement Specialist responsible for all administrative and programmatic aspects of the regional functions and administration for the Commander. The Strategic Engagement Specialist is responsible to the Commander. The incumbent serves in a strategic forward overseas region with a large geographical footprint covering an Air Force and Navy installation. The Strategic Engagement Specialist is responsible for all administrative and programmatic aspects of the regional functions and administration of Executive functions.

Responsibilities include coordinating and execution of visits by Congressional Representatives, Defense and Service Department Secretary level civilian leadership, military Flag and General Officers, and foreign military and civilian leadership. The incumbent is also responsible for duties in direct support of a Flag Officer who has frequent interactions with senior U.S. and foreign military and civilian representatives.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with Distinguished Visitor Visit Coordination and Protocol Duties
• Experience preparing DV visit schedules and setting up VTC systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the USPACOM theater of operations and multinational coordination
• Ability to work in a high-tempo, 24/7 operational environment and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
• Possession of strong communication skills for coordination with senior leadership and interagency partners

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
