This hybrid/remote role places you at the center of major engagements, guiding strategy, delivery and outcomes for top clients while collaborating with Experience, Technology, Martech, Media and Organic Growth teams.

We seek an Engagement Lead with 10+ years in account or engagement management within creative or digital marketing.

Qualifications

10+ years in account management or engagement management within a creative or digital marketing agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of how digital and creative campaigns actually get made.
Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to guide senior level clients.
Collaborative approach and openness to new tools and methodologies.
Proactive use of AI-powered tools to drive efficiencies and strong output.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client communication at the big-picture level.
Set strategic direction for the work, protect decision integrity, and align client goals to internal execution.
Drive roadmap strategy and prioritize initiatives.
Coordinate across capabilities, manage dependencies, and anticipate risks with account managers.
Ensure the account demonstrates value with measurable business results.
Own strategic deliverables to advance the work with your expertise.
