Job summary

Endurion is seeking an Engagement Coordinator for the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM, based at JSOU Campus, MacDill AFB, FL. The role requires top-secret clearance eligibility and coordination of in-resident and virtual engagements with rigorous documentation and stakeholder communications.

You will plan events, manage learning materials, coordinate travel actions, and collaborate with SMEs across senior military and academic partners to advance JSOU

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of DoD experience (military, civilian, or government contractor).
• At least 2 years at Major Command or higher directorate level action officer.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with collaboration tools (MS Office 365; Teams) and video platforms (Adobe Connect, Blue Jeans, Zoom).
• Ability to operate a government-owned vehicle up to a small bus (15 pax).
• Ability to move parcels heavier than 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate JSOU in-resident and/or virtual engagement events up to the Secret level.
• Update weekly department status reports for assigned projects.
• Coordinate learning materials for JSOU events for in-resident and virtual audiences up to Secret.
• Prepare staff actions for engagement events, activities, and products.
• Develop and maintain JSOU leadership, staff, and faculty databases of events, speakers, and history.
• Coordinate Defense Travel System (DTS) actions as ODTA or reviewer.
• Assist with JSOU strategic engagement plan focusing on Academic Partnerships, Talent, Social Media Plan, Logistics, Services, and Communications.
• Identify guest speakers with SMEs across the USSOCOM enterprise.
• Prepare, edit, and market materials for engagement events.
• Support Strategic Communications with engaging social media content.
• Create agendas, invitations, and social media releases for events.
• Review and present engagement events handling TS/SCI material.
