Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks an Engagement Manager to lead projects across the QWA portfolio, sponsor client relationships, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.

You will coordinate resources, mentor teams, and advise senior leadership on status and course corrections, while upholding design thinking and agile practices to drive successful outcomes. This role supports North America locations and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships at senior levels (managers to C-suite).
• Strong planning and project management capabilities with a track record of delivering projects.
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies and design thinking; Agile experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with organizational change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor on multiple projects concurrently across the portfolio.
• Monitor scope and cost to align with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate resources across all workstreams and manage timelines.
• Clarify project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop and manage project work plans, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Estimate and re-estimate resources as needed to meet goals.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within project teams and with clients.
• Escalate and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Adhere to Product Development Life Cycle and Agile practices where applicable.
• Monitor milestones and adjust plans to prevent scope/timeline overruns.
• Grow business relationships vital to project success.
