The position provides strategic leadership for communications, marketing, external engagement, events, and program advancement, working with the Executive Director to translate priorities

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop storytelling and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience coordinating events and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy.
• Create integrated plans across web, email, social media, CRM, and print.
• Translate program outcomes into compelling stories and measurable initiatives.
• Oversee annual reports, impact materials, and promotional collateral.
• Manage website content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and execute external events, trainings, and sponsorships.
• Monitor analytics to refine strategies and increase reach.
