Job summary

Cornerstone Energy Park seeks a Strategic Engagement and Communications Manager to lead stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and communications across industrial projects in Louisiana. You will translate complex developments into clear messaging for leaders, tenants, and communities.

The role requires building productive relationships with government officials, community partners, and cross-functional teams, while shaping engagement plans and budgets to support growth and reputation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
7+ years in government relations, public affairs, or corporate communications.
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, energy, or economic development projects in Louisiana.
Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for expansions and investments.
Coordinate with government agencies, community partners, and tenants.
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, FAQs, and progress updates for leadership and project teams.
Monitor public policy developments affecting Cornerstone Energy Park and related projects.
Represent Cornerstone at meetings with officials and community groups.
Ensure aligned messaging across Business Development, Legal, HSSE, Operations, and HR.
