Job summary

Wood Mackenzie is seeking a Consultant for our Supply Chain Consulting team in the US. You will execute projects, develop insights from proprietary data, and support client decisions.

Youll use WoodMac tools to create cost models, forecast escalation, and guide clients through procurement and capital projects. The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and willingness to travel 60-80%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, science, supply chain or business required; Master’s preferred.
• Coops / Internships in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering role.
• Experience in Power & Renewables and/or Oil & Gas sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize results for strategic procurement and capital decisions.
• Perform market research to assess supply and demand influencing client strategies.
• Support bidding processes for large capital contracts and supply chain initiatives with pricing and negotiations.
• Leverage WoodMac tools to analyze spend, build cost models, forecast escalation, and train clients on tools.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to design and implement supply chain strategies and contribute to project delivery.
