Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare moderately complex project estimates, cost models, and resource forecasts for business processes, service quality, operational improvement, and related project initiatives.
• Define estimate bases, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating methodologies appropriate to scope, maturity, and project complexity.
• Translate technical, operational, and business requirements into structured estimates that support planning and decision-making.
• Evaluate estimate quality and recommend adjustments based on scope changes, market inputs, historical performance, and execution risks.
• Support development of estimate packages and documentation that can be consistently applied across projects.
