ONEOK, Inc. seeks an Energy Management Systems Analyst in Tulsa, OK to support Energy Management by analyzing business needs and improving systems, data, and reporting.

The role serves as a super-user for energy management tools and will develop dashboards to monitor payments, projects, and contracts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience in business systems, data workflows, or energy operations, with strong Excel/Power BI skills and the ability to lead

Competenze

Experience with energy management, data analytics, or utilities preferred.
Ability to manage small projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

Mansioni

Serve as a super-user and owner for Energy Management systems and related tools.
Integrate systems, automate workflows, and maintain data flows between billing, project, and contract sources.
Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI) tracking payments, project status, and contract health.
Monitor data quality and document processes and controls.
Analyze utility cost, usage, and project status to support decision-making.
Manage small utility projects with internal stakeholders and utilities.
