QTS Data Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Analyst in Energy Strategy & Operations to translate leadership priorities into disciplined plans and transparent reporting. You will support the operating cadence, maintain OKR/KPI trackers, and prepare leadership materials for executive reviews.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics or operations, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to drive rapid improvement in a growing data-center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of analytics, business operations, program coordination, strategy support, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize data and present executive-ready materials.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support operating cadence and planning cycles, business reviews, and monthly/quarterly check-ins.
• Maintain OKR and KPI trackers and dashboards; flag risks and dependencies early.
• Build leadership materials and translate inputs into clear visuals for planning and executive reviews.
• Gather, validate, and normalize data from cross-functional teams; support data quality.
• Track initiative intake, status, risks, and dependencies across Energy portfolio.
• Partner with multiple teams to align timelines and drive process improvements.
