Job summary

CyrusOne seeks a Senior Energy & Land Development Associate to partner with the Chief Development Officer and drive growth initiatives. The role spans land strategy, energy, market intel, development management, investments, finance, legal, ops, sales, and design to align priorities and accelerate key programs.

You will develop executive presentations, dashboards, and business cases, support planning and budgeting, and help track KPIs across the Development organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and strong analytical skills.
• 3–7 years in strategy, consulting, project management, or related fields.
• Experience building executive presentations, reports, and strategic analyses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional workstreams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO and leadership with strategic priorities, analyses, and executive materials.
• Maintain development portfolio visibility and produce dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and track actions and decisions.
• Conduct market and financial analyses to inform planning and investments.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness and communications across the team.
