• 5+ years of leadership experience advising executive leadership or public-sector stakeholders.
• Ability to provide actionable guidance on project strategy and industry trends.
• Experience facilitating or evaluating high-stakes exercises for senior leadership.
• Strong existing network within energy utilities and critical infrastructure organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: facilitate monthly/quarterly planning with internal teams to analyze sector trends and guide project development.
• Conference & Relationship Strategy: develop outreach plans and facilitate introductions ahead of energy conferences.
• Business Development: connect internal teams with key stakeholders to expand programs.
• Executive Facilitation & Evaluation: provide high-level support as an exercise evaluator or lead facilitator for executive simulations.
• Consultative Project Closeout: advise on next steps for long-term project success.
• Thought Leadership: contribute to at least one industry-facing media initiative annually.
