Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial.
• Strong writing skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Prior experience in Employment and Labor law.
• Admitted to practice in North Carolina.
• Portable book of business.
