Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience taking/defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions.
• Strong writing skills and strategic thinking.
• Prior experience in Employment and Labor law and admitted to practice in New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employment and Labor matters as a partner for the Buffalo office.
• Advise clients, participate in mediations and trials as needed.
