Riverside Community Care is seeking an Employer Liaison for a part-time role (20 hours) mainly remote with occasional travel within Massachusetts. The position focuses on advancing the Central Mass Employment Collaborative, developing employer relationships, and creating pathways to employment for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic job development and job placement planning activities across the region.
• Initiate employer contacts at all levels of organizations.
• Develop job leads in numerous industries at all levels of organizations.
• Assist community organizations that participate in the Employment Collaborative by creating job opportunities, job offers and training opportunities.
• Implement best practices for job search and placement, placement strategies, activities and events to increase employment outcomes.
• Present information to Corporations, Employment Associations, State and Local Organizations.
