General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Program Advisor to oversee national security trainings abroad and coordinate CTR activities with U.S. and international partners. The role focuses on protecting emerging technologies and coordinating multi-agency efforts.

The position requires on-site work with the Department of State, travel, and the ability to develop, implement, and oversee program activities across multiple priority areas and international stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in USG international security or nonproliferation programs and exercises.
• Strong writing, presentation, and analytical skills; interagency coordination experience.
• Excellent diplomacy, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle a complex workload.
• International travel is required; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Senior Analyst level requires a bachelor’s with 7+ years, a master’s with 5+ years, or a Ph.D. with 1+ year; related background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement security assistance strategies and national security programming to prevent exploitation of emerging technologies and supply chains.
• Provide project management oversight and coordinate third-party implementers to meet CTR objectives.
• Review threat reduction proposals and advise on funding based on geography and subject matter.
• Support CTR budget processes, including grants documentation, financial monitoring, reconciliation, and closeout.
• Conduct research and analysis to tailor programs advancing national security priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Represent CTR in technical/policy discussions and interagency groups.
• Draft papers and brief high-level officials on CTR program activities and policy perspectives.
• Represent CTR in domestic and international meetings as required.
• Support cross-State Department and interagency efforts to align CTR with nonproliferation priorities.
