Job summary

Essnova Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to support FEMA’s National Training and Education Division and Training Partners Program. This senior-level role provides strategic, technical, and professional guidance to the project team and government stakeholders.

The candidate will perform complex evaluations, design or advise on new procedures, and guide senior-level decisions. It requires extensive consulting experience, federal advisory exposure, and the ability to

Qualifications

At least 18 years of progressively responsible experience in a relevant technical or specialty area.
At least seven years of experience serving as an internal or external consultant in a relevant field.
Experience providing strategic or technical advice to senior leadership or government clients.
Experience directing complex evaluations, analyses, or technical assignments.
Experience ensuring the technical adequacy of professional work products.

Responsibilities

Perform highly complex evaluations of procedures, processes, models, and systems.
Design or advise on new procedures, processes, models, or systems.
Provide strategic guidance, advice, and direction to the project team.
Define and direct technical specifications, assignments, tasks, and due dates.
Ensure the technical adequacy and quality of project deliverables.
Guide the preparation of analyses, reports, recommendations, and presentations.
Advise government clients regarding available options and next steps.
Support senior-level decisions involving emergency-management training and program activities.
