You will negotiate strategic long-term supplier agreements and lead cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and apply DoD procurement lifecycle knowledge to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• Strong negotiation skills and processes.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in FAR15 proposals and subcontract execution.
• Experience with DoD procurement life cycle and supplier management.
• Experience with electronics distributors and brokers.
• Semiconductor supply chain experience with distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for favorable terms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
